Chapel

The chapel at Camp Ta-Kum-Ta has always been a very meaningful place during our camp programs.

During our 24 years at Camp Holy Cross the chapel was where we held our opening ceremonies, memorial service, and closing ceremonies. So many memories were created there and Camp Ta-Kum-Ta is pleased to have this meaningful chapel at our new facility, where memories can continue to be created each year.

In 2012 a dedicated group of volunteers dismantled the chapel at Camp Holy Cross and moved it to Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s new facility in South Hero.

In 2015 we added 11 wooden benches dedicated in honor or in memory of special campers, friends and families.
