Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s MOMs Weekend

April 10 – 12, 2026
Population Served
This program is open to mothers of children up to age 17 and have or have had cancer and either live in the State of Vermont, or Northern New York or are treated in Vermont.
Family Fun Day
2026 Date
Sunday, May 31, 2026 – Noon – 3pm
Population Served
All current eligible camper families, past campers, past volunteers and families of active program volunteers are invited to attend this fun event.
Young Adult Survivor Weekend
2026 Date
June 5-7, 2026
Population Served
Eligible participants are young adult survivors ages 18-25, who have been previously diagnosed with cancer, and have attended Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s programs in addition to newly or previously diagnosed young adults who meet the age criteria and live in or receive or have received treatment in Vermont.
NOTE: If you a current camper in our traditional programs, that meets the age requirement above, you will need to have graduated prior to registering for this program.

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s Siblings Weekend

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, September 18-20, 2026
Population Served
This Program is open to children ages 7 to 17 who have a sibling who has, or has had cancer and live in the state of Vermont or Northern New York, or are treated in the state of Vermont.
Exchange Program with Rapahope in Mobile, AL
2026 Dates
February 20 – 22, 2026
Population Served
Children at least age 17 who have successfully completed at least one year of our traditional summer program or a Winter Weekend. Children must have graduated from Camp Ta-Kum-Ta within the past year.
Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s Dad’s Weekend

September 25 – 27, 2026

This program is open to dads/caregivers of children up to age 17 who have or have had cancer and either live in the State of Vermont, or Northern New York or are treated in Vermont.
